The room I stayed in at Santiago Backpackers was awesome! It had a cozy seating area where I could unwind after a tiring day exploring the city. As a laid-back traveler, this feature made me feel right at home.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of having to inform the staff if I needed extra beds. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might still appreciate this arrangement.

The hostel provided comfortable and clean rooms, which were perfect for a Christmas getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and assisting us with any queries or concerns we had. The location of the hostel was ideal, as it was centrally located and close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions.
That the kitchen could have been better maintained, as there were dishes left unwashed and the sinks were frequently full. Additionally, the water in the showers was not hot enough and there was a lack of hot water in the sink, which was a bit inconvenient during colder days.

We had a great stay at Backpackers in Santiago. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and we loved that the breakfast included cereal, not just bread like most places in Chile. the courtyard and kitchen were spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to meet other travelers. the central location was convenient and safe for coming back at night. we were impressed with the cleanliness, amenities, and friendly atmosphere of the hostel. Cons: Nothing, all aspects of our stay were excellent! 🌟.
